Physical Products
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed, unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
